Terms & Conditions:
Food Terms:

There are two types of engagement. In-store placement (I) and catering menu placement (II).

(I) (A) In-store placement:

1. Angel Community Enterprise only accepts dried food or products that has a minimum of 1month expiry date. (Snacks, Biscuits, homemade drinks or any dried food)

2. Non-Halal food will have a separate section and labelling in the store

3. Homemade seller should accept feedbacks or critics from customers openly and positively.

4. Homemade sellers will need to bear the cost of left overs if the food had already expired.

5. Homemade seller can choose to handle the left over food or allow Angel Community Enterprise to donate it to stray animal centres.

6. Homemade seller is responsible to monitor your product's expiry dates and also to put up expiry date on the products.
 

(B) Lot Terms:

1. Homemade seller should ensure all your items/products to be replenished at your respective lot allocated to you (via booking appointment of the store at 211, Jalan Hutton, Penang).

2. Homemade seller is required to replenish the lot within 24hrs to avoid lot termination. (This is to ensure equal opportunities are given to other homemade sellers.)

(C) Health & Hygiene Terms:
1. Homemade seller is required to submit typhoid jab certification in order to be eligible.

2. Homemade seller is fully responsible of the food hygiene.

3. Homemade seller will be fully responsible to the customer if the customer suffers any health conditions from taking the food.

(D) Payment Terms:

1. There will be a 25% - 30% mark up for Angel Community Enterprise to sustain in rental and workers. The homemade seller will need to provide your BASE PRICE to Angel Community Enterprise only.

2. Payment will be made T+7 for successful items sold. (every Saturday)

(E) Collaboration Terms:

1. Homemade seller is required to post on individual or business social media accounts that  your product is already listed with us at 211, Jalan Hutton, Georgetown 10050, Penang.
2. Homemade seller is responsible to do marketing and introduction on your end as well.
3. Homemade seller would need to provide a sample of your product to the management for quality tasting before listing on Community Cafe.

(II) Catering Menu Placement

1. Angel Community Enterprise accepts any dish or desserts made by the community.

2. Homemade seller must prepare the food in an aluminium tray and wrap the food neatly before delivering.

(A) Transport

1. Homemade seller should include delivery and transportation of the food to the catering venue of Penang island or mainland.

​

(B) Payment Terms:

1. There will be a 25% - 30% mark up for Angel Community Enterprise to sustain in rental and workers. The homemade seller will need to provide your BASE PRICE to Angel Community Enterprise only.

2. Payment will be made T+7 for successful items sold. (every Saturday)
